Upyogi Digital has established an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to provide its users with clear guidelines on the expected behavior when using their Internet services. This policy applies to all users, whether they have an account or not and have paid a subscription fee or not. By using EaseMyCloud Service, users accept and agree to comply with the AUP. It's important to note that payments made to EaseMyCloud are non-refundable.

Upyogi Digital believes in the free flow of information and ideas over the Internet and generally does not monitor subscriber activity or exercise editorial control over website content, emails, newsgroups, or other material accessible through their services, except for certain proprietary websites. However, Upyogi Digital may remove any material that may be illegal, subject them to liability or violate the AUP. In case of suspected or alleged criminal or civil wrongdoing, EaseMyCloud may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties. Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of the user's account without prior notice.

Upyogi Digital aims to provide its customers with full access to the Internet while ensuring the security and availability of its resources. Although Upyogi Digital upholds the principle of free speech, certain activities that may harm the company's or the Internet's resources cannot be allowed under the guise of free speech, as these resources are limited and abuse by one user negatively impacts the entire community.

Account activity is typically only monitored for system usage measurements and billing purposes. However, Upyogi Digital will take appropriate action if it becomes aware of any inappropriate use of its service, as it promotes responsible Internet citizenship. Any material deemed unlawful, indecent, or objectionable by Upyogi Digital , at its sole discretion, may not be published on dedicated racks or virtual sites.

Violations of Upyogi Digital Acceptable Use Policy may result in the termination of services without notice, though the company prefers to advise customers of any inappropriate behavior and provide corrective action. The company's failure to enforce this policy at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to do so.

Upyogi Digital IT Managed Services periodically review systems, error logs, and user information, and create checklists to record disk usage and processor usage. Services provided include integration with Microsoft Office and other Microsoft programs, simplified migration, flexible pricing options, uninterrupted connection with teams, integration with Active Directory for easy management of user credentials and permissions, data loss prevention, and dedicated 24x7x365 support.

Violations of Upyogi Digital  Acceptable Use Policy include illegal use, harm to minors, and threats.

5. Unsolicited Commercial E-mail / Unsolicited Bulk email (SPAM): Sending any unsolicited commercial or bulk email using the EaseMyCloud service is explicitly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the offending Upyogi Digital account.
6. Spamming and IP Space: Upyogi Digital will immediately remove any server hosting      websites or services that support spammers or cause its IP space to be listed in any Spam Databases. The server will not be reconnected until all traces of the offending material have been removed and Upyogi Digital has confirmed the removal.
7. Email / News Bombing: Deliberate attempts to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending Upyogi Digital account.
8. Email / Message Forging: Forging any part or all of a message header of any electronic transmission that passes through the Upyogi Digital service is a violation of services
9. Usenet SPAMing: Upyogi Digital has a zero-tolerance policy for the use of its network for the posting of messages or commercial advertisements that violate the rules, regulations, FAQ, or charter of any newsgroups or mailing lists. Commercial messages that are appropriate under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted.
10. Unauthorized Access: Using the Upyogi Digital service to access or attempt to access other people's accounts or to penetrate security measures of Upyogi Digital  or any other entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is explicitly prohibited, and the offending upyogi digital account will be immediately terminated.
11. Copyright or Trademark Infringement: Using the upyogi digital service to transmit any material that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights, including unauthorized copying  of copyrighted material, digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and unauthorized  transmittal of copyrighted software, is not allowed.
12. Collection of Personal Data: Using the upyogi digital service to collect or attempt to  collect personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is prohibited.
13. Network Disruptions and Unfriendly Activity: Using the Upyogi Digital  service for any  activity that affects other people's or systems' ability to use EaseMyCloud Services or the Internet is prohibited. This includes "denial of service" (DOS) attacks against another network host or individual  user, interference with or disruption of other network users, services, or equipment.
